For our legs and arms we show passion and charm...however there's one place that you and I both really hate to face. We manicure them quickly under running water and scrub them mercilessly. Then what's next for the pair? What do we have on the agenda? Well lets pat them bad boys dry and then smother them with anti-perspirants trapping toxins inside. And if it turns black, How do we act? Well we dare not confront them for their appearance or well being...after all we walk around all day hiding the things. But what if I told you, those two ugly ducklings are beautiful swans?...And, they love, love, love to keep you safe from harm! The trick is you see to wash them very well, and once or twice a week you should exfoliate them as well...But don't stop there, we've got more tricks in our box...let's talk about letting our pits DETOX!


They are so used to dark, moist conditions you see...so we're gonna have to give them a little extra TLC๐Ÿง–๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ. After all if we don't want bacteria to grow, it'll cause inflammation, and have me stank for sure...them pits won't be the only thing irritated I know you hate to smell for sure. But here's what I would say mix yourself up a little exfoliating mask for those pits, it's a simple task. I'll give you the ingredients, you make the mask.

Arm Pit Detox DIY Recipe

  1. 1 tbsp bentonite clay

  2. 1tsp apple cider vinegar

  3. 2 tsp water

Mix it together ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿ”ฌ and after you've washed and dried your pits oh so well, apply this mask to them both and let them detox very well...10 or 15 minutes โณ I'd suggest. You can kick back your feet too and trust in the process. When you wash it off, please rinse real well, and no need to hurry off and apply deodorant, many times after you detox you should just give your pits time to sweat! I know it sounds like the opposite of what you want to do, but trust me the idea will grow on you. Especially when you see that sweat is the way our arm pits breathe. Last perhaps change the products that got you into this mess natural deodorant is the way to help your pits relieve stress. Just imagine, letting coconut & essential oils caress your skin, and not having outside toxins like aluminum seeping through your skin, or blocking your pores, because it's truly the worse thing you pits can go through, so let's educate ourselves and learn the truth about a lot of the things we do and how they can cause serious harm to me and to you.
